About the Event

After graduation from Wabash College, Evan was planning for a career in the medical field. He was majoring in Spanish, so that he could better serve that community. He spent his 2018 Spring Semester in Valencia, learning Spanish medical terminology. That summer he interned at the Merciful HELP Center in Carmel, and also at the Kaseman community health clinic near Washington DC, where he translated between Hispanic patients and doctors. In his memory, the Foundation will use funds from this Golf Tournament to establish a perpetual, endowed scholarship at Marian University. Special consideration will be given to a student that embodies the Franciscan value of Dignity of the Individual, and who has demonstrated a commitment to serve the underrepresented.

Golf Outing Itinerary

  • 7:00am-8:00am: Mass at the Pebble Brook Pavilion
  • 7:45am-8:45am: Breakfast (included with ticket) & Registration
  • 8:45am-8:50am: Golfers to their Carts
  • 8:50am-9:00am: Announcements
  • 9:00am: Shotgun Start
  • 9:00am-2:00pm: Golf Outing, Boxed Lunches to be Provided by Our Volunteers during Play
  • 2:00pm (Or Immediately After Play): Happy Hour & Awards at the Pebble Brook Pavilion

    Max 2 Golfers Breakfast/Lunch Drink Coozie The cost of this ticket is $300. These funds cover the costs of 2 golfers, with a value of $138. The remaining $162 is a donation to our organization.

  • Student Ticket

    We have created a special registration option for young people that want to participate in this event, but are financially constrained. In exchange for a reduced entry fee of only $32, we simply ask that you volunteer one day of your time to any worthy cause, and then make a short post afterwards on Evan’s Facebook Tribute Page.
