- 8:45am-8:50am: Golfers to their Carts
- 8:50am-9:00am: Announcements
- 9:00am: Shotgun Start
- 9:00am-2:00pm: Golf Outing, Boxed Lunches to be Provided by Our Volunteers during Play
- 2:00pm (Or Immediately After Play): Happy Hour & Awards at the Pebble Brook Pavilion
